Contractor Design Support
In a perfect world, a contractor will have adequate construction documents to properly bid a job. Upon arrival at a job site, the contractor will often discover unforeseen field conditions, which is not within the original scope of work. This inevitably will require Additional Work Orders. CADOperators.com will provide documents illustrating any additional work that was done to compensate the contractor. We also provide contractors building drawings for city permits.

Electronic File Archiving
We will transfer your electronic documents to the most technologically advanced, yet most easily accessible method of all - compact disks. Let us archive your drawings and data files on CD's for fast and reliable storage and retrieval. We can also open and save your older AutoCAD versions to newer releases to enable thumbnail views.

Facility Existing Conditions Documentation
Our staff has the technical experience to field measure, photograph and document the existing facilities. On-site measurements and photographs will be taken of the interior and exterior work areas and the condition of the building to produce existing condition documents. This data will become the basis for determining the appropriate preliminary design concepts for renovation or As-Built documents. We will follow your CADD standards to produce floor plans; elevations, sections and any detailing that may be required.

We have the expertise to produce understandable illustrations of complex parts assemblies incorporating a bill of materials used in the manufacturing field. They are commonly used for production as work instructions.

Construction Management (U.S.V.I. only)
We have licensed contractors and licensed designers that provide construction cost estimates and construction management services located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. In conjunction with CADOperators.com, they design residential, industrial and commercial designs specializing in concrete construction to withstand hurricane force winds.

Fabrication and Tool Drawings
We provide understandable parts drawings to Tool and Die Designers in the manufacturing industry. Many of the drawings we provide are a combination of Imperial/Metric dimensioning used by non-English speaking manufacturers worldwide meeting ISO 9000 requirements.

We take pride in providing understandable illustrations used by non-technical employees in the manufacturing industry. When Temps are frequently used in assembling products to save cost, detailed graphic and written descriptions are a must to produce a quality product.
