Floor Plans - 1/4" scale detailed plans, for each level showing dimensions, wall arrangements, windows, door sizes, cabinets & plumbing fixtures, stair arrangements, etc. Plans are keyed and cross referenced to building elevations and building sections. A door and window schedule describes suggested materials and rough openings.
Exterior Elevations - 1/4" scale drawings of all four sides showing exterior materials, measurements, windows, doors, roof configuration, etc.

Cross Section (only for 2 or more story building) - A vertical cutaway view of the building from roof to foundation showing configuration of construction, framing, flooring, roofing, etc. A cross section is not required for a one story building.
