- Utility Crossing Field Condition Reports;
CADOperators.com provided several hundred reports which include drawing plans, profiles and adding photos that describe utility crossing conditions. Pipelines and cables which cross bodies of water are inspected on schedules determined by utility companies throughout the country. Inspectors provide CADOperators.com with field reports and photos of work being performed which are mainly in secluded areas.
The reports illustrate work done by underwater specialists who report any damage to pipelines and cables. Inspectors have also provided repairs upon finding damages and CADOperators.com documented the repairs in the reports for the appropriate authorities. A partial list Gas and Utility Companies include Columbia Gas (CG) Kentucky, CG Ohio, CG Pennsylvania, CG Transmission, CG Virginia, Dominion Power, Vepco, and Cox Cable.
- Fiber Optic Cable Routing;
Plans, profiles, sections and detail drawings of a fiber optic cable routing for Virginia Power (a major utility company). The cable routing starts from a substation in Willoughby Spit (Norfolk) to a station in Hampton, Virginia. The submarine cable runs completely underwater near the Interstate 64 bridge/tunnel. Minimum embedment is no less than 3 feet of burial in sugar sand. Channel depth at the tunnel is maintained for the crossing of large ships. CADOperators.com provided the original proposal documents and as-built documents upon completion.
- Dam Face Rehabilitation As-built Reports;
Plans and isometric drawings detailing additional work performed with photos were provided for the City of Greensboro, North Carolina. Extensive structure and face rehabilitation to the Lake Townsend Dam was successful. The contract was originally bid for rehabilitating the upstream dam face. Upon preparing the surfaces for the original contract, structure deterioration was discovered by Inspectors. The reports include the original scope of work and detailed method and location of repairs.
- Dam Bulkhead Replacement;
Work instructions that illustrate the procedure of replacing six bulkhead sections at the tunnel intake of a dam. The drawings were used as a proposal for the New-Kanawha Power Company in Glen Ferris, West Virginia. The diving team used the work instructions for demolition of each existing bulkhead while maintaining a safe distance from the strong current flow of the tunnel intake. Diving safety measures are illustrated in each step of the work instruction.

As-built reports for a submarine cable crossing over Great Channel in Stone Harbor, New Jersey for Atlantic Energy. Included were plans, profiles, sections, detail drawings and photo's of the crossing from field reports. Embedment was by means of excavation on shore and underwater trenching. Additional work included bulkhead modifications and paving.
