Procedure Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When can I speak directly to the President of CADOperators.com, LLC?
A: If you don't coordinate your project with our Project Manager or any of our freelance CAD Operators, our President reserves time slots solely for project coordination and discussing other important issues; you can view the calendar for availability and refer to our 'CONTACT US' tab for further contact information. Please keep in mind; we have contractors available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We encourage email since we can forward direct communication from you to the design team of your project. Our team members work in close collaboration with an experienced project manager.
Q: Who owns the right to your drawings?
A: All drawings and electronic files created by CADOperators.com, LLC for Client projects are considered 'Instruments of
Service' for use only with respect to the given projects for which they were created. CADOperators.com shall be deemed the Owner of these drawings (electronic files), and shall retain all common law, statutory, and other reserved rights, including all copyrights. The Client shall be permitted to retain copies of all drawings, and electronic files, for use and reference in connection with the project. NOTE: CADOperators.com, LLC reserves the right to not distribute copies of the drawings and electronic files on any delinquent accounts.
Q: I have a large Paper to CAD conversion project, what type of manpower can I expect?
A: We try to adhere to our Pricing Schedule for ultimate customer satisfaction. We have our greatest advantage when given a longer deadline which gives us the ability to schedule a project team large enough to handle the deadline and give other price breaks. Our average teams consist of a project manager and small design team of two to five depending on task. An average team of twenty or more may take a few days depending on the requirements. Straight conversions we can schedule manpower up to one hundred upon your deposit.
